Learning Specialist – Education
Amy Kang is a learning specialist for the Autism Learning Partnership (ALP), a branch of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in New Brunswick (Canada).
Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Queen’s University, Ontario, as well as a Master's degree in Education specializing in Exceptional Learners, from the University of New Brunswick. She has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology. She is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Prior to her current position, she worked within Anglophone East School District as a Resource Support Teacher/Lead where she supported resource teachers, school-based resource teams, and the students they teach.
