Stéphanie Frenette is a learning specialist for the Autism Learning Partnership (ALP), a branch of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in New Brunswick (Canada). Stéphanie obtained a Bachelor of Education degree from the Université de Moncton in 2009. After being a classroom teacher for a few years, she entered the world of resource teaching in 2012. She developed a real passion for this field, which motivated her to complete various courses, including level 1 ASD and Behavioural Interventions (2012) and level 2 Learning for Teaching (2015–2016). Over the years, she also had the opportunity to take on many roles, such as resource teacher, special education coordinator at the DSF-S, and member of a school’s behavioural intervention team. As of 2020, she holds a master’s degree in resource teaching and is in the process of obtaining a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification.
