Learning Specialist – Lead (Research, Development and Innovation)
Stéphanie Melanson is the Research, Development and Innovation lead for the Autism Learning Partnership (ALP), a branch of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in New Brunswick (Canada).
Stéphanie obtained her Bachelor of Education degree and a master’s degree in resource teaching from the Université de Moncton. Her experience as a resource teacher for almost 8 years allowed her to work with fellow teachers, parents, community members, but most importantly, students with a multitude of strengths and challenges. She has since been a Learning Specialist for student support at the district level, and then at the provincial level. She has worked with the ALP team since 2018 and obtained her BCBA certification in 2020.
